The Annual Olive Harvest 2016
The 2016 harvest produced 942.8 kg of fruit. After this was processed at the oil press factory the oil produced was 138.8 kg or 155.5 litres. This means that the yield was about 16.46% by weight. The oil was distributed between 13 properties, and each received 11.5 litres.

We were really lucky with the weather - after some heavy rain the day before, the sun came out and shone on everyone for the whole day. Below is a small selection of photos taken during the harvest.
