Radio Equipment

The main items of radio equipment that can be included in the sale of the house to a Ham radio operator are listed below. The main reason for offering this equipment is because it is already cabled to antennas and rotators, and represents a substantial amount of work for a Ham buying the house to start from scratch and do again. There is additional radio equipment that could be included in the sale by negotiation with the owner.
